1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed and undamaged

  • In the original packaging with tags and labels intact

• Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

1. Email us at support@repeatu.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and share a return shipping address or arrange a pickup (if available).

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days after we receive your returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

• Replacement and exchange products will be delivered within 7 days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns: For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your verified bank account. Please note that return requests for COD orders may include a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges for eligible products.

• If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value or opt for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item, size, or defective product), REPEAT UNIVERSE will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or any reason not caused by us, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

• For COD orders, an additional return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by emailing support@repeatu.com.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will follow the return process.
