Return & Refund Policy

At REPEAT UNIVERSE, we value your trust and aim to deliver quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• • To be eligible, items must be:
    
    • • Unused and unworn
    • • Unwashed and undamaged
    • • In the original packaging with tags and labels intact

• • Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not in original condition will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

• • Email us at support@repeatu.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return.

• • Our team will review your request and share a return shipping address or arrange a pickup (if available).

1. • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

3. Refunds

• • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days after we receive your returned item.

• • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

• • For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), return requests may involve an additional return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The exact cost will depend on the courier service and location.

4. Exchanges

• • We offer size exchanges for eligible products.

• • If your preferred size is unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value or opt for a refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• • If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item, size, or defective product), REPEAT UNIVERSE will cover the return shipping cost.

• • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or any reason not caused by us, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

• • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

• • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Cancellation Policy

• • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by emailing support@repeatu.com.

• • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will follow the return process.
